Overview<\/h2>\n

The National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test (Postgraduate) (NEET-PG)) is a national level competitive or qualifying examination that is conducted by the National Board of Examinations in Medical Science with the intent to admission for candidates into various postgraduate programmes in the medical sector like Doctor of Medicine (MD), Master of Surgery (MS), and diploma courses at the government or private medical colleges\/institutes across the country.<\/p>\n

It has a major target to evaluate the candidate’s abilities for admission to MD, MS, or Diploma courses in medicine.\u00a0 The exam is conducted by the National Board of Examinations (NBE). The counselling and seat allotment is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services.<\/p>\n

Only successful candidates in the qualifying exam are eligible to get admission for the above-mentioned programmes. No candidates will be allowed admission if they have not appeared in the NEET – PG entrance exam.<\/p>\n

NEET PG Counselling 2022:\u00a0<\/strong>NEET PG Counselling 2022 registration for the mop-up round is going to conclude today, November 5. Today is the last date to register for choice filling and locking. Candidates who have not register till now can apply soon on the official website – mcc.nic.in as there is no much time to register for mop up round.\u00a0 candidates can submit their choices on the official website.<\/p>\n

The choice filling and locking process will take place from 3 PM to 11:55 PM today. The\u00a0Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will declared the NEET PG 2022 mop-up round counselling result\u00a0will on November 9.<\/p>\n

    The NEET PG 2022 mop-up round registration was scheduled to held on October 31, but it was rescheduled to November 1 due to offline admission process in Postgraduate Diplomate of National Board (PG DNB) institutions<\/p>\n

      NEET PG 2022: Important Dates<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Qualified candidates are eligible to report at allotted medical college till October 26, 2022. \u00a0Registration for the mop-up round will begin on October 31 and choice filling will begin from November 1. The processing of seat allotment will take place from November 7 till 8, and the result will be declared on November 9.<\/p>\n

      NEET PG 2022:\u00a0<\/strong>The online application correction window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test- Postgraduate (NEET PG) 2022 will be concluded today on May 4.<\/p>\n

      After completion of the application process, NEET PG 2022 admit card<\/strong> <\/em>will be declared on the official website. The NEET PG 2022 exam will be held on May 21. The<\/p>\n

        NBE will open the final edit window to rectify deficient\/ incorrect images on April 26 and it will remain open till April 30, 2022. The exam will be multiple choice based with 200 questions. Candidates will take the 3 hours 30-minute examination through a computer-based test\u00a0 (CBT) as per the scheme prescribed.<\/p>\n

        NEET – PG\u00a0 Registration 2022:<\/strong>\u00a0The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has extended the registration process for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Postgraduate (NEET PG 2022) till March 25, 2022 at around 11:55 PM as the exam will be held on May 21, 2022, which was to be held on March 12. The step has been taken due to clashing with the counselling date.\u00a0 The notification has been announced by NBEMS today on February 5.<\/p>\n

        Candidates who have not registered their application till now can apply now till rescheduled the registration date.<\/p>\n

        The edit window for all candidates will now be open from March 29 to April 7, 2022, and final edit window to rectify images will be open between April 26 and April 30.<\/p>\n

        Admit cards are likely to be released on May 16 and the result is expected by June 20, 2022.<\/p>\n

        The exam has been postponed after claiming by candidates as they were not completed their internships during the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic as all of them were busy with their coronavirus duties.<\/p>\n

        So, in view of these circumstances, the exam authorities decided to postponed the exam and as well as scheduled the exam date so that they could complete their one-year internship,<\/p>\n
