Kirodimal Government Polytechnic Raigarh was established in the year 1956 located at Raigarh in Chhattisgarh and it is a government-run technical institute and the oldest state polytechnic college. Kirodimal Polytechnic College was introduced by the first President Hon’ble Dr. Rajendra Prasad. This college is approved by All India Council for Technical Education and recognized by State Board Technical Education Chhattisgarh.
Currently, there are six branches of Polytechnic/Diploma Engineering available at this college such as Civil Engg, Mechanical Engg, Electrical Engg, Computer Science & Engg., Electronics & Telecommunication Engg. and Metallurgical Engg. and Part-time diploma courses also available in Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engg.
