Lokmanya Tilak College of Engineering having the facility of Hostel. The accommodation is well designed and fully furnished with all the basic and modern neccesities. Training and Placement cell is the central department of the institute which help students to develop their professional abilities by organizing several activities such as Mock Aptitude test , Mock Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Soft skill Workshops and Motivational Seminars for the Employability Enhancement of the students. T&P cell include arranging job placements, soft skill trainings and Career counseling for the students. Thus, T&P cell is headed by the full time officer. Main Recruiters who visited the institute every year are Infosys, L&T IT, L&T Ltd, Godrej, Syntel, Oracle, Hexaware, Bluestar Infotech, Allied Digital, Cocacola, VVF, Jaro Education, Mott McDonald, EMCO, Persistent, Fiserv, Taj Group, CMC, Tenova  Hypertherm, etc.
