About Us

Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College was established in the year 1977, and the first private institution to provide undergraduate education in engineering in Andhra Pradesh.

The college approved by All India Council for Technical Education , New Delhi and affiliated to Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada, and the college is situated on 24.05 acres of land in Kanuru on the outskirts of Vijayawada city at a distance of about 8 km (5.0 mi) from the city centre, on the Vijayawada-Machilipatnam Highway (NH 65).
