GURU NANAK DEV INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (GNDIT) was established in 1995 at Pusa Polytechnic Campus under Directorate of Training and Technical education (D.T.T.E.), Delhi. It was transfered in at Sector-15, Rohini in 1997 and was opening by then Chief Minister SH. SAHIB SINGH VERMA. Its campus is area 4 acre and Building area is 9000 sq. mts.
